What does the app do?

The Glynt app allows you to earn points by completing surveys and engaging in various tasks, such as installing apps, playing games, and watching pre-release ads. You can also earn additional points by opting into data sharing, enabling notifications, and inviting friends. For more details on how your data is used, please review our Privacy Policy.

To install the Glynt app, open the Google Play Store on your device and search for Glynt. Tap Install and wait for the download to complete. Once installed, launch the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create your account and start earning rewards.

After installing the Glynt app, open it and enter your email address to begin registration. Check your inbox for a verification code and enter it in the app to confirm your account.

Next, complete the onboarding process by answering a short survey and providing details such as your date of birth, zip code, and demographics – this helps personalize your survey experience.

To maximize your earning potential, you’ll be prompted to enable notifications and grant permissions, allowing you to receive more points and unlock additional rewards.

Points can be redeemed securely for a variety of gift cards available within the app. Browse the Rewards section to choose from the latest redemption options.

Once you reach 3,000 points in your wallet (equivalent to $3.00), you can redeem them for a gift card of your choice. Simply go to the Rewards section, select your preferred gift card or redemption method, enter the amount, and follow the provided steps. Your gift card will be delivered within 24-48 hours.
Redeemed gift cards can be found in the Rewards tab under Redemption History in the Glynt App. If your redeemed card is missing, check the Message Center to contact our support team through the integrated support system for assistance.
Users can easily reach out to Glynt App support through the FAQ section on your Account page. Go to Account > Get Help, where you’ll find answers to common questions. If you need further assistance, go to the Account page and use the Message Center to contact our support team for personalized help.

At Glynt App, your privacy is our priority. We use secure encryption to protect your data, and all survey responses are anonymized, ensuring they cannot be linked to you personally. You have full control over your data, with the ability to update or delete your account at any time. Additionally, we comply with privacy regulations to safeguard your rights. No, the Glynt App is designed to run efficiently without affecting your phone’s performance. It uses minimal storage and battery power, and it only runs in the background when necessary. If you experience any issues, you can manage app settings or contact the Support team through the Message Center in the app.
The Glynt App requires certain permissions to function properly and enhance your experience. These include: Usage Data, which helps improve survey targeting and personalize your experience, and Notifications – to keep you updated on new surveys, rewards, and exclusive offers. You can manage these permissions anytime in the Settings section of the app.

If you choose not to approve some permissions, certain features may be limited. Without Usage Data, you may receive fewer survey opportunities, and without Notifications, you might miss important updates about new surveys and reward opportunities.

You can still use the app, but enabling permissions ensures you get the best experience and maximize your earnings.

If you switch to a new phone, you can still access your Glynt account by following these steps.

First, download and install the Glynt App from the Google Play Store on your new device. Then, log in using the same email address you registered with to regain access to your account and rewards. You may be asked to verify your identity by confirming your email or entering a verification code for security purposes.

If your email address has changed or you’re unable to log in, contact our Support Team through the Message Center in the app for assistance.
